Frequently Asked Questions.

  • Absolutely!

This is actually my favourite way to shape and event!
A background jazz band over cocktails and dinner is an elegent way to start an evening, before the dancefloor opens and the Decks start spinning.

  • Generally, I would DJ an event myself as well as play saxophone. It allows me to build hype and create engaging saxophone moments at the perfect time to make the dancefloor pump.
For clients who are looking for serious dancefloors and who want even more crowd engagement, I have some incredible DJ’s that I can recommend.

  • This depends entirely on your crowd and the type of event.

I always ask for your most loved songs, if theres any music you don’t like and go from there. My preference is to read a room and respond live with a crowd.

Generally this spans multiple genres and eras to engage all age groups and demographics across an evening.

  • So long as there is reception, any request can be played for a bride, groom or event organiser.

…but Uncle Jack’s request to play horses “again” might not make the cut.

Just keep in mind, not all great songs are great ‘dancing’ songs, and there are some songs that are better saved until later.

  • Pricing depends on a number of factors such as location, timing, package choices and Sound system requirements.
